Under-16 Booking Disclaimer
Important Information for Patients Under 16 To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our younger patients, all individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their appointment. A formal Parental Consent Form must be signed prior to any assessment or treatment. Please note that certain clinical procedures may be subject to the practitioner’s discretion based on the child’s age and clinical need.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and that of our practitioners. To ensure we can continue providing a reliable service to our community, the following policy applies to all confirmed bookings made online or via telephone:
Clinic Appointments: A £20 cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours' notice or in the event of a "no-show."
Home Visits: A £50 cancellation fee applies if the appointment is cancelled once the Ear Care Practitioner has already arrived at your premises or is in immediate transit.
Payment Terms: Cancellation fees are due immediately. We reserve the right to refer unpaid invoices to a third-party debt collection service if the balance remains outstanding after 7 days.
